MADHARA KUKODOLEA MACHO SANA SMARTPHONE WAKATI WA USIKU..!!

Tangu kugunduliwa kwa Smartphone, watu wengi hususan vijana wamekuwa wakitumia sana simu hizi hasa nyakati za usiku. Utafiti uliofanya na wataalamu toka Michigan State University umeonesha kuwa Kukodolea sana macho Smartphones wakati wa usiku kunapelekea mtu kujisikua mchovu sana siku inayo fuata. Utafiti hu uliwahusisha mameneja 82 na waajiriwa wa kawaida 161 ambao hutumia Smartphones baada ya saatatu usiku, watumishi hawa wote waliikuta wakiwa na ugonjwa wa "smartphone hangover" sasa sijui wewe unatmia mpaka saangapi??

“Smartphones are almost perfectly designed to disrupt sleep,” 

Kaaaaaaazi kweli kweli. Hata hivyo ameshauri watu wazime mapema sana Smartphone zao ili wapate muda wa kutosha wa kupumzika.
